1. When is payment due?
Payment is due when services are rendered, if an estimate has been provided, you you may also pre-pay for medication, and even food/treat orders for an easy pick-up process. We have the ability to accept payments over the phone for credit cards.
2. What type of payment is accepted?
We accept cash, Debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express).
Our payment machine allows for contactless payments (tap) for payments up to $250.
3. Can I get reimbursed with pet insurance?
Yes, reimbursement from pet insurance usually occurs after you have paid the clinic in full and depends on whether the issue is covered based on any pre-existing conditions and your policy. Please see Pet Insurance for more details.
