At Dawson Street Veterinary Clinic, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with our service and products. If you are dissatisfied with any of your products please call us at 604-620-9091.
We will refund or issue a credit for unopened products (food or non-prescribed products) returned in original packaging and in good condition with proof of purchase (product invoice and card receipt) within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender in which the product was purchased. If you prefer to have a credit on your account instead, please let us know during the return process.
Pet Food & Treats
Unopened bags or cans of food or treats in good condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Opened food that your pet refuses to eat or has an allergic reaction to, may be returned or exchanged depending on the manufacturer's policy. Products must be returned in it's original packaging within 1 week it was purchased from our clinic. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Prescription Products Includes supplements, shampoos, ear cleansers etc.
Unopened bottles or packages of non-prescription products in their original packaging will be accepted for a full refund or credit if returned within 30 days purchase with receipts.
Prescription Drugs If you feel there is an issue or concern with the prescription, please call us at 604-620-9091.
Pharmaceuticals will not be refunded as soon as they have left our premises. If you would like to return it, we will be disposing the rest of the medication appropriately on your behalf.
Unused or expired medications can be brought to us or pharmacies at any time for proper disposal but no refund will be provided.
Please note that dispensing fees are not refundable.
